It was perfectly clean, breakfast was excellent quality and varied. My room was well-organised and the view of the sunset was magnificent. The staff were best, exceptionally nice location in the designated “ smoking area. Had a FINE stay for my recent vacation, recommend this place.

Everything was modern, hotel offers great service and unbeatable location. The staff were happy to help above and beyond. I enjoyed unique room with tropical feel, very comfortable—hot showers and drinks, and very hospitable staff. You guys made my stay fine.

Amazing overall experience. Immaculately clean and fabulous hotel, lovely and beautiful location back lush green Jamaican jungle. Very comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and adequate storage and complimentary wireless internet in the room. The room was authentic for a special touch, everything was perfect. The service was fantastic during my stay. The lovely staff was much appreciated.

The room was neat, breakfast was high quality. A wide range of facilities like: adequate storage and free wireless internet.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were some of the best we've ever encountered, always friendly and happy to assist with any request. The private treehouse-style suite with a lifted porch shrouded by trees was immaculate and provided enhanced comfort. The grounds were beyond beautiful and the beach area was gorgeous and not overcrowded. The omelette station at breakfast was a highlight, and the coffee bar served delicious lattes and cappuccinos. The entertainment in the evening was exceptional, with talented musicians and a great atmosphere.

We liked everything very much. The food was very good and varied! . Every evening a different theme, we also ate very well in the Lotus Leef Restaurant... The service was top, friendly and helpful. The whole complex and the beach are very well maintained. We'll be back for sure!

Most of the staff was super friendly. The food was great, especially the restaurants that we reserved was really good. The beach and rooms were great too.

We didn't like one of the receptionists, she talked with us in an arrogant manner. When we checked in at 3:45 p.m. the room was not ready. The room was not tidied up for a day (they finished only around 5:00 p.m.). Otherwise everything was great!

Wi-Fi was very poor.

We loved the location right on the beachfront, just steps away from our private stretch of beach. The grounds were surrounded by beautiful trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast options were varied, offering a choice of Jamaican and European food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was 100% pleasant.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Beautifully landscaped garden, with lovingly designed cottages as rooms. Good evening program, every day has a different motto, e.g. Jamaica Night or Gala Night. The food was also very tasty and rich! The staff was always attentive and very friendly.

We enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphere in this place, it had everything we needed for our holiday and the staff were really accommodating, plus the breakfast served was absolutely delicious.
